Pursuant to the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing inherent in all browser–website interactions, and without admitting any fault, liability, or deficiency in the background rendering pipeline of CHROMIUM and its derivatives (including but not limited to Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and Arc), the operator of this broadcast wishes to notify the USER that the background log-screenshot image displayed behind the central panel may appear perceptibly less sharp, less crisp, or otherwise visually softened when viewed through a CHROMIUM-BASED BROWSER as compared to a Gecko-based browser (e.g., MOZILLA FIREFOX).
This phenomenon arises from differences in GPU compositor texture filtering, JPEG decode-to-display pipeline implementation, and/or composited layer resampling behavior between browser engines, over which the operator exercises no control, dominion, or influence whatsoever. The operator has undertaken commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the aforementioned softening, including the removal of CSS backdrop-filter effects and the minimization of image sizing paths.
The operator regrets any inconvenience, disappointment, or diminution of aesthetic enjoyment that the USER may experience as a result of the foregoing. This notice constitutes the operator’s sole and exclusive disclosure with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall not be construed as an admission that the background rendering is, in fact, substandard in any legally cognizable sense.
